RETURNS

All purchases from Florian can be returned within a 7-days trial period, starting the day of receiving the order. It is not exchangeable for cash. A one-year warranty comes with all watches. Please, see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

All items returned within the 7-days trial period must be in the same condition in which they were received. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be unworn and in their original packaging- containing all accessories of the packaging.

In case the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately and we will send further instruction of how to proceed.

Shipping fee is beared by the customers

We kindly ask you to contact cs@florianisdiamond.com with your order number, where we will make sure that you receive all of the instructions, as well as a shipping label to return the product back to us. Please note that return costs will apply, if you wish to return the products back to us within 7 days. Once we have received it, we will process your replacement within 7 business days.
