Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 7 - 14 working days from the day the order was placed. If a product is out of stock or if shipment is made to remote locations, the delivery time can be longer. International shipments can also delay final delivery due to custom process. Please contact our Customer Service at cs@florianisdiamond.com if you have an inquiry on the status of your order. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers. We also make reservations to adjust prices as presented on Florianisdiamond.COM caused by wrong pricing, technical errors etc.

Delivery charges

We offer worldwide shipment. Goods are shipped from United Kingdom. International Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Customers will be responsible for the payment of all import tax and duties levied by the country to which the products are shipped and payment of the said tax and duties is necessary for the release of the products ordered from the Customs on arrival. We advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to placing orders with us. Florianisdiamond.com will not be responsible for any import duties on international orders.

The customer is responsible for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products or any other reason to return goods to United Kingdom.

Product

Florianisdiamond.com has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation should you need to contact Florianisdiamond' s customer service.

Promo codes

Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honoured.

Payment options

At present, Florianisdiamond accepts international payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Adyen to guarantee security.

Security

Florianisdiamond.com uses the latest security standard 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in e-payment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).

Transportation

Florianisdiamond.com accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days from receiving the product should it be damaged in arrival. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport. 

Non picked up goods

If Florianisdiamond.com receives packages that have not been collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.

Incorrect, misplaced or duplicated orders

If a situation occurs where the customer receives wrong (and or duplicate) order(s) Florianisdiamond.com reserves its right to get back all products in its original condition. The customer has to return it to Florianisdiamond.com with no exceptions (Florianisdiamond.com compensates the cost of shipping).

At the event of products being available for a different price because of technical problems or mistakes by personnel of Florianisdiamond.com we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.

Warranty (Watches Only)

Warranty term: One year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please e-mail to cs@florianisdiamond.com, you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by customer. If Florianisdiamond.com cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
- Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
- In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
- If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
- Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeur, Florianisdiamond.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Florianisdiamond.com can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Florianisdiamond.com. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

Florianisdiamond.com will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by florianisdiamond.com or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of florianisdiamond.com

User Content

The www.florianisdiamond.com website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Florianisdiamond.com does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

Retention of Title

All products remain in Florianisdiamond.com property until full payment is made.

Violation of rules

Florianisdiamond.com holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions on our website.

Florianisdiamond.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

B2B

All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers. Please contact Florianisdiamond.com for all B2B inquires.

Termination

Florianisdiamond.com reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.florianisdiamond.com website at its sole discretion. For example, if florianisdiamond.com suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and florianisdiamond.com.
